LINKfire began as a man with a red van, working from a rented tin garage, in 1998. With strong customer service ethics, a dedication to helping people, and the ability to given his customers the solutions they were seeking, Alistair Nicoll quickly grew his client base, and continually sought to be an active member of the Fire Protection Services industry. Rather than sit back and wander through as a businessman, Alistair was driven to make a difference.

It’s that drive and determination that now sees LINKfire servicing over 7000 properties across Victoria.
The company now employs over 70 staff, and all technicians are FPAS Trained.

What began as a small business is now a tower of strength and Alistair is highly respected for his passionate involvement in educating and training others, so that the regulations for providing fire and essential services maintenance (across all areas) become more stringent. In an age where safety and compliance is so incredibly important, Alistair firmly believes that there needs to be a more rigid system in place, where companies involved (as providers) must employ and utilise specialist technicians who are well-versed and educated about regulatory measures. The time is coming where this will be the case, in the near future, and that’s where LINKfire is already two steps ahead of their competition.
