Service Compliance and Project Coordinator

Dean joined Linkfire in 2017, coming from a background in owners corporation management and consumer protection. He started at Linkfire as a relationship manager, working with our owners corporation clients to assist them with all their ESM questions and staff training. However, with a strong attention to detail and a knack for interpreting and explaining legislation, he soon moved into a newly created role of Service Compliance and Project Coordinator.   

“The design of buildings and their essential measures continues to get more and more complex. When you combine that with the increased frequency of inspections being undertaken by local councils and the Victorian Building Authority in recent years, there has never been more pressure upon our clients to ensure that the buildings they manage are compliantly maintained and that they can assist their building owners in understanding and dealing with complicated compliance issues. A major part if my role is assisting our clients in responding to building notices and orders, helping them to understand their requirements and find solutions. This often includes liaising with municipal building surveyors or meeting them on site to review their concerns. I am proud to work for a company that places an emphasis on going above and beyond to assist our clients with difficult matters and cares about continually improving our service delivery.”   

 When coordinating various works Dean works closely with all our service managers and lead technicians, who are all members of the FPAA and accredited under the FPASS Accreditation Scheme. By playing this coordinating role with all of our service teams, he is able to ensure that nothing falls through the gaps and that LINKfire maintain the high standards of service we are known for within the industry.
