What makes Linkfire able to achieve its goal of building strong and sustainable relationships with our clients is our exceptional team. Being an employee based model, unlike our competitors, less than 5% of the services we offer are being completed by subcontractors. To date, we employ more than 80 full time team members in a range of departments ensuring we have the expertise you require across every area of our service delivery.

On our technician teams we currently employ:

      • Accredited Fire Practitioners (AFSS Sign off)
      • Licensed Sprinkler fitters

As a business, we are committed to creating a culture that focusses on our people being given every opportunity to excel through consistent training and development. All of our field technicians are required to be trained to the FPAS accreditation level, at a minimum. To ensure ongoing quality, we have built into our monthly quality review the auditing of site visits and log book entries by technicians.

In the office, we have a large team of sales, service and accounts support available for you at any time during business hours. We pride ourselves on ensuring you always have someone friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to speak to directly and guide you as required.

On top of that, we have a dedicated relationship management team who are on the road and can be in your office as you need to support your internal operations, guide your decision making and educate you on all areas of fire safety as you need.
