As a business, we are committed to creating a culture that focusses on our people being given every opportunity to excel through consistent training and development. All of our field technicians are required to be trained to the FPAS accreditation level, at a minimum. To ensure ongoing quality, we have built into our monthly quality review the auditing of site visits and log book entries by technicians.
In the office, we have a large team of sales, service and accounts support available for you at any time during business hours. We pride ourselves on ensuring you always have someone friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to speak to directly and guide you as required.
On top of that, we have a dedicated relationship management team who are on the road and can be in your office as you need to support your internal operations, guide your decision making and educate you on all areas of fire safety as you need.
